Erica is Past-President for Vancouver’s International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI), past VP Conference Chair for ISPI’s local chapter role in hosting the 2005’s International Conference in Vancouver and recently completed her role as V.P. of B.C.’s Organizational Development Network (BCODN), focusing on planning 2005-2006 programs. Because of Erica’s contribution to the Vancouver ISPI chapter, she is an honorary life-member. Erica is also a member of the Human Resource Management Association (HRMA)’s Training Roundtable.
